Q.What forms of payment do you accept?
A.We Require A Credit/Debit Card At Time Of Booking. This Card Is Kept On File For Any Extra Fees/Charges After Dumping Your Dumpster. In Some Circumstances, We Can Accept Cash Payment At Time Of Drop Off, But We Still Require A $1 Charge To A Credit/Debit Card, To Keep The Card On File at Time of Booking.
Q.What happens if I exceed the weight limit of the dumpster?
A.If You go over the Allotted tonnage for your particular dumpster we bill at $60/500lbs over. Any Part of 500lbs is 500lbs.
Q. Are your services available on weekends?
A.Yes, we strive to accommodate to the customers’ preferred schedule, that's why we offer renting a dumpster, as well as deliveries and pickups seven days a week. (Please Call For Sunday Bookings.)
Q.Do I need to be present during the dumpster delivery or pick-up?
A.No. As Long As You Have Signed Our DocuSign Rental Agreement Sent To You Email at Time of Booking, You Do Not Need to Be Present at Time of Drop Off or Pick Up. If You Do Not Plan On Being Present, Please Provide Detailed Description Of Where You Would Like Your Dumpster Placed.
Q.How Do I Sign The Rental Agreement? Am I Required To Sign Before Delivery?
A.All Rental Agreements MUST be virtually signed before your dumpster can be delivered to your home/job site. We Send our Rental Agreements via DocuSign to the email you provide at time of booking.
Q.Is there a time limit for residential dumpster rentals?
A.There is no time limit for renting a dumpster. The rental cost covers the first 7 days, ensuring you have ample time for your disposal needs. After the initial period, a nominal fee of just $10 is applied for each additional day. This flexibility allows you to keep the dumpster for as long as your project requires.
Q.Can I move the dumpster once it's placed?
A.We have a very strict safety policy against moving, pushing, lifting, pulling or altering the state of the dumpster after it is placed for any reason. Violators will be charged a $1,000 fine. If you need to have your dumpster(s) moved, please call us at 508-776-4740.
