TERMS OF LEASE
We Dump It will provide dumpster disposal service using our roll-off containers. Service will be
provided on the day requested when using our online ordering software. You must call 4 hours
in advance to schedule a same day swap out. Same Day Swap Outs CAN NOT Be Guaranteed
to Be Available. Additional days on your rental period will be $10 Per Day, starting on the day
after your scheduled pick up date- until the roll-off is picked up.
Additional Charges:
All customers are responsible for the additional weight of the contents of their dumpster(s)
billed at $60/500lbs. All customers are responsible for scheduling the removal of their
dumpster(s). All customers are responsible for ensuring their dumpster(s) are not overloaded.
Customers shall inspect the dumpster upon delivery for any existing damage. Upon removal of
the dumpster, We Dump It shall be entitled to charge the customer for the repair or replacement
costs attributable to any damage to the dumpster while in the customer’s possession. The
customer shall be liable for any repair or replacement costs. Upon removal, the customer
authorizes We Dump It to collect any additional disposal and repair or replacement costs
attributable to the customer
Each Dumpster has a set amount of included Tonnage. Should you go over the amount of
included tonnage you will be billed $60 per 500lbs over. Additional fees will apply to
certain items that incur at the transfer station (including but not limited to price list found
on website and at end of contract.)

WEIGHT. Pay For What You Put In! A RATE
OF $60/500lbs OR ANY PART OF 500lbs WILL BE
CHARGED.
NO ITEMS SHOULD BE LOADED ABOVE SIDE RAILS OF DUMPSTER- LABELED
"MAXIMUM LOADING LEVEL." A DRY-RUN CHARGE OF $150 WILL BE CHARGED
IF DUMPSTER IS LOADED ABOVE THE MAXIMUM LOADING LEVEL UPON ARRIVAL FOR
PICK UP. OFF-LOADING WILL BE REQUIRED BY THE CUSTOMER, AND A NEW PICK UP
DATE MUST BE SCHEDULED.
BLOCKING OR IMPEDEING RETRIEVAL OF YOUR DUMPSTER ON THE
SCHEDULED COLLECTION DATE WILL ALSO RESULT IN A DRY RUN CHARGE
OF $150 PER OCCURRENCE.
CLEANING DUE TO LOADING OF RESTRICTED MATERIALS (LIST FOUND BELOW) MAY
BE CHARGED AT A 3RD PARTY RATE. A "DIRTY LOAD" FEE MAY ALSO BE CHARGED BY
TRANSFER STATION- WHICH WILL BE CHARGED TO CUSTOMERS CARD ON FILE.

The Following Items (included but not limited to) are Accepted With Additional
Fees After We Dump Your Dumpster:
Bulky Items (mattresses, box springs, sofas, OS furniture, large appliances/white goods, etc): $75
CFCs (All items that contain refrigerant - freezers, refrigerators, dehumidifiers, air
conditioners, etc.): $35
CRTs (All forms of televisions, computer monitors and display screens): $35
Tires on rim : Tires off rim: $45
Rescheduling / Cancellations

Rescheduling is permissible at no additional fee as long as we are
notified by 3pm the day prior to your scheduled delivery, or a dry run fee
of $150 will occur. Our team will do our best to accommodate your
change based on availability.

All rentals are final and no refunds will be issued unless cancellation
insurance is purchased.

If cancellation insurance is purchased, a full refund will be issued if
notified/cancelled by 3pm the day prior to scheduled delivery.
Rental Extensions
If you wish to extend your rental, you must reach out to us via phone call 2 DAYS
prior to your scheduled pick up date. We Can Not Guarantee That We Will Have
The Availability To Extend Your Rental Past Your Scheduled Pick-Up Date DUE TO
HIGH VOLUME OF BOOKINGS.
Waste Material
Non-Hazardous Solid Waste Only. Customer agrees not to put any waste that is liquid, or any
waste that is, or contains, radioactive, volatile, corrosive, highly flammable, explosive,
biomedical, biohazardous, infectious, toxic, and/or any hazardous wastes or substances
(“Prohibited Waste”) into roll-off containers. Prohibited Waste includes, but is not limited to, tires,
paint, batteries, paint cans, ashes, oil, vehicle parts, sewage sludge, etc.
Inspection/Rejection of Prohibited Waste
Title to and liability for Prohibited Waste shall remain with Customer at all times. We Dump It
shall have the right to inspect, analyze, and/or test any waste delivered by customer.
Acknowledgement
Customer acknowledges that We Dump It shall not be liable for any damage to driving surfaces
resulting from We Dump It trucks serving containers and containers themselves on the agreed
upon areas and the surroundings. If purchasing optional driveway protection, damage is
mitigated, however there is no guarantee that damage will not occur and
We Dump It will not be responsible for any damage or costs associated.
Customer acknowledges that they are not allowed to move around any roll-offs with their
personal equipment or a third party’s equipment. If this occurs, the customer will be charged a
$1,000 fee. The customer will also be responsible for any damages caused to the dumpster,
REGARDLESS IF DUMPSTER IS MOVED, OR REMAINS WHERE DRIVER PLACED IT. ANY
DAMAGE TO THE DUMPSTER IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY AND WILL BE
BILLED TO CARD ON FILE.
Hold Harmless
Customer desires to hold harmless WE DUMP IT from any claims and/or litigation arising out of
customers actions in connection with any personal injury, or damage to property caused by
dumpster while in possession of the customer during rental period.
Payment Terms
Prepayment at the time of reservation is required by debit card or credit card,We Dump It will
keep that card on file until the account is at a zero balance, additional tonnage will be charged
at time of dumpster being dumped at transfer station.
If for any reason additional fees are not paid, and legal action is
required, the customer will be charged a minimum fee of $500 on top
of remaining balance due
By signing, I am acknowledging that I have read and agree to terms listed in the entirety of the
contract.
